Official Thomas Cook refund website.
The only way to secure your Thomas Cook holiday refund is directly through the links on this official CAA refunds website.
We are aware that fraudsters are attempting to scam Thomas Cook customers. Do not use any other service or website to submit your claim.
Thomas Cook has confirmed that all the UK companies in its group have ceased trading, including Thomas Cook Airlines.
As a result, we are sorry to inform you that all holidays and flights provided by these companies have been cancelled and are no longer operating. All Thomas Cook's retail shops have also closed.
The CAA has launched online refund claims forms for customers affected by the liquidation of Thomas Cook. To access the forms, please visit our refunds page. This will be used to refund more than 360,000 bookings for Thomas Cook ATOL protected holidays, covering trips that would have been taken by 800,000 people.
ATOL protected customers who were abroad can also claim for the cost of replacing the ATOL protected parts of their trip, or out of pocket expenses as a result of delayed flights. We aim to pay refunds within 60 days of receiving a valid completed claim form.
Customers already abroad
The CAA’s flying programme to repatriate Thomas Cook’s customers affected by the company’s liquidation has now ended. If you are still abroad and are ATOL protected and require flights home, please contact our call centre.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of Thomas Cook's package holiday bookings include flights with airlines unrelated to the Thomas Cook Group. If your return flight is not with Thomas Cook's airline, it will still be valid. However other elements of the package, such as accommodation and transfers will be affected.
Customers yet to travel out of the UK
We are sorry to inform you that all future holidays and flights booked with Thomas Cook are cancelled as of 23 September 2019.
If you are booked on a Thomas Cook Airlines flight, please do not go to your UK airport, as your flight will not be operating.
PLEASE NOTE: Some of Thomas Cook's package holiday bookings include flights with airlines unrelated to the Thomas Cook Group. If your return flight is not with Thomas Cook's airline it may still be valid. However other elements of the package, such as accommodation and transfers might be affected.
