When submitting an online refund claim form, you will need to provide information which can be found on your ATOL Certificate. Please refer to the image below to see where you can find this information.

Before you submit a claim

Please ensure that the entity under ‘Who is protecting your trip?’ is listed on the Refunds page. If you booked a holiday organised by a non-Thomas Cook Group company through a Thomas Cook Group agency, your booking is still valid and you should contact the holiday organiser.

Booking reference number

Your booking reference number can be found either on your booking confirmation documentation or in the bottom left-hand corner of your ATOL Certificate under 'Unique Reference Number'.

Lead Passenger

The lead passenger on your booking is the first individual named under the heading ‘Who is protected?’ on the top left-hand side of the first page.
